1. Introduction

By using Trendz Mall L.L.C. (“Trendz,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. Trendz Mall L.L.C. operates under Lebanese law with headquarters in Zahle, Bekaa Governorate (Commercial Registration: Hidden).

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
  • Access to the Trendz Bulking pricing is subject to separate terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency: All prices are in USD.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Nationwide in Lebanon.
    • Credit/debit/online payments accepted.

4. Orders & Delivery

4.2 Delivery

  • Areas Covered: All Lebanese governorates (Except the very south). No international shipping.

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days. Delays due to political instability, protests, or fuel shortages are not our liability.

  • Communication: Delivery updates via our customer service staff.

  • Failed Delivery: After 2 attempts, items are held at our hub for 7 days before cancellation.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Window

  • 3 Days: From delivery date. Initiate returns via WhatsApp/Email.

  • Non-Returnables: Categories like cosmetics, perfumes, makeup, electronics […]

5.2 Refund Process

  • Cash Refund: We dont accept cash refunds, only exchanges under listed terms.

  • Conditions: Unused, original packaging, tags intact.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Prohibited Actions

  • Reselling: Commercial resale of Trendz products without written consent.

  • Fraud: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: using false or stolen payment information; filing illegitimate chargebacks after receiving orders; abusing promotional codes or referral programs across multiple accounts; using bots or automated tools to place orders; committing return fraud by sending back used, damaged, or incorrect items; spamming or impersonating Trendz Mall staff or customers; and any other deceptive conduct that violates Lebanese consumer protection laws and applicable regulations, will result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and/or will be reported to the Lebanese Cybercrime Bureau.

6.2 Trendzone Bulk System

  • Participation may grant early access to sales but does not override these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Product Accuracy

  • Colors/materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing.

7.2 Force Majeure

  • Not liable for delays/cancellations due to:
    • Political instability, strikes, natural disasters.
    • Logistics partner failures.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation: Trendz will attempt amicable resolution via email/WhatsApp.
  • Legal Action: Disputes unresolved after 30 days must be filed in Beirut Courts.
