Trendz operates a physical showroom located in Chtaura, Lebanon, in the heart of the Bekaa Valley. We offer a wide selection of products exclusively for customers in Lebanon and do not provide international shipping.
2. Placing an Order
Customers can place orders without the need to create an account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided during checkout (e.g., address and contact information) are accurate.
If incorrect details are provided, the delivery company will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the delivery address on the scheduled delivery day.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted in USD via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Currently, we do not support other payment methods or currencies.
There are no limitations on the order value unless explicitly stated for specific promotions.
4. Delivery Policy
Standard delivery takes 4 to 5 business days, excluding weekends.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Express or same-day delivery services are not currently available.
If the delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control (e.g., external courier issues), we will do our best to resolve the matter.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may report any issues with your order within 3 days of receiving the product.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 6-8 business days.
Refunds are issued in cash or, in the future, via coupon codes equivalent to the returned item's value for use on future purchases.
Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges. Non-compliance may result in the request being declined.
6. Pricing and Stock Availability
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fluctuating market conditions, promotions, or human error.
While we strive to keep product availability updated, some items may occasionally appear as in stock when they are actually out of stock. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
7. User Conduct
Customers are prohibited from using product images, descriptions, or other materials for personal or promotional gain without our consent.
Fraudulent orders, spamming, or any misuse of the platform will lead to legal action.

Trendz is not liable for damages or delays caused by third-party delivery services. However, we are committed to resolving delivery issues promptly by coordinating with the courier company.
For exchanges or returns due to delivery errors, we will ensure a smooth resolution process.
