Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage:

We deliver across all of Lebanon, including Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, the Bekaa region, and the South. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
*Please note that deliveries to certain areas in the far south of Lebanon may be subject to delays or restrictions due to ongoing security conditions in those areas.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Beirut, Mount Lebanon & North Lebanon: 2–3 business days
  • South Lebanon: 3–5 business days (subject to regional conditions)
  • Bekaa Region: 2-3 days Or Same-day delivery (special service, see fees below)

Orders are processed within 24hours. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays, though our customer service team remains available to assist and coordinate with customers and delivery partners during those periods.

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard nationwide delivery (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South): $4.00
  • Bekaa Region standard delivery: $4.00
  • Bekaa same-day / special delivery: starting from $10.00 up to $40.00
  • Free delivery on orders over $35.00 — Note: items exceeding 15 kg do not qualify for free delivery and will be charged based on actual weight.

Order Tracking: 

Customers receiving deliveries via Vengo Delivery will receive tracking updates. Bekaa Delivery customers may not receive automated tracking; our team is always available to provide updates directly.

Failed Deliveries: 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made. Orders that cannot be delivered within 7 days will be cancelled if no alternative arrangement is agreed upon. Customers may coordinate directly with our team to designate an alternative contact person or delivery address.

Damaged Items: 

In the event an item arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, we will arrange a free exchange. Return shipping costs in such cases are covered by the delivery partner.
