Can I Return My Order?
You can return products within 3 days if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect—just reach out, and we’ll handle it. Some items (personal care, cosmetics, inflatables) are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged. Change of mind? No worries! You can still return eligible items, but a $4USDreturn delivery fee applies.
How to Return or Exchange?

Refund Process
Once we inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within3-5 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders? No problem! Refunds are sent via Whish Moneyorvia the same delivery company.
Replacements & Exchanges
If your product qualifies for an exchange, a new item will be sent within 5-8 business days.
Electronic items? Our team will inspect them first, and we’ll update you within 5-9 days.
