Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange only strictly in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The item received is incorrect
All requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Trendz does not offer refunds in cash, via apps, or through any payment method. Approved cases are handled through product exchange only.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Cosmetics and personal care products
- Perfumery
- Inflatables
- Selected electronic items
Electronic items are subject to technical inspection before any exchange approval.

- Unused

Inspection & Processing Timelines
- Standard exchange processing: up to 7 business days
- Electronic item inspection: up to 2 weeks
- Re-delivery of approved exchanges: up to 7 business days
Timelines may vary depending on item type and delivery partner availability.
Bonus Discounts
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Trendz (such as receiving the wrong item or a verified defect), we may offer a bonus discount as a goodwill gesture when processing your exchange.
Delivery Transparency
We operate within Lebanon’s current delivery infrastructure, which is still developing. While the country is geographically small, delivery timelines may not always match same-day or next-day standards seen in other regions.
We actively work with local delivery partners to improve speed and reliability and appreciate your understanding as logistics services continue to progress.
